-Time
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 2-4 weeks after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at Floalandart@gmail.com to confirm the accurate time frame.
-Packing
The works are packaged by Floalandart and follow a standardized packaging process.Ships in a item will arrive in a quality Hard paper. This method is especially safe for oversized products, and provides lower shipping costs as well. We ensure products are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your products to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from Floaland to your home.
-Can I update my order at any point?
Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact Floalandart@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
-Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact Floalandart@gmail.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

Yes, Free shipping all over the world.
-What shipping carriers do you use?
We use DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT.
-How much does shipping cost?
We offer fast, America wide Free Shipping for orders over $49.99. Capped shipping costs of $4.99 may apply for orders which do not qualify for our free shipping rate.
-How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
-Is the delivery of the products insured?
Absolutely! Floaland organizes and ensures the transport of the products. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
-Can I get products delivered to a different country or to a different person?
We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the products and whose name you gave. If itâs a surprise or a present, let us know!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
-What is your return and exchange policy?
Hassle-free returns and exchanges.
- Return it for a FULL refund or get a replacement just as easy as you purchase it.
- We want happy customers! For any reason, if you don't like the products you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. Please contact Floalandart@gmail.com
-How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.For PayPal account holders,up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal accountFor credit card refunds.between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.
-Lost & Damages.
We pack all products in strong Paper very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:
Please ask courier man to write âthe item is damaged/brokenâ or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.
Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on products to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.
If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.
Keep the damaged products and the package until the problem is solved.

-What forms of payment do you accept?
Floaland currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Floaland also accepts payments made through PayPal.
I donât have a PayPal account. What should I do?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Hereâs how:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and youâll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Floaland. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Floaland.
-International Taxes & Duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
(For the United States clients, it's free duties when import value is under $ 800 USD)
